Our Mission
Use[Less] Skills exists to create meaningful connections through play. We believe that learning doesn't have to be boring, that meeting new people shouldn't be awkward and that the best conversations happen when people are having fun. Our mission is to design experiences that bring strangers together, turn colleagues into friends and help everyone discover skills they never knew they had.
Our Story
Founded in Lisbon in 2023, Use[Less] Skills started as a passion project among friends who loved board games, improv and meeting new people. We noticed how difficult it can be to form genuine connections in adult life – especially in new cities or workplaces – and decided to do something about it. What began as a small meetup quickly grew into a community of curious learners and playful souls. Today, we host public events, corporate workshops and pop-up experiences across Portugal and beyond.
